Alexander Wang’s Spring 2011 ready-to-wear collection is for me, just divine.  Even through his use of typically tougher structures and details in the designs, the looks still emit an ethereal feel, flowing as the models walk down the catwalk.  With white being the predominant focal color throughout the collection, there is this sense of purity which is certainly outside of the realm of what is expected from Alexander Wang.  I haven’t seen any videos yet where he talks about what his underlying theme was for his Spring collection, but all I can say is that it’s quite refreshing to see white used as the quintessential color for Spring.
