If you are one of the few who work with me, you’ve probably heard be bring up at one point or another the Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony shoes from her last collection and my longing for them.  Well lo and behold, look what has finally gone on sale…

Looks like the lusting will soon end.  Very rarely do I actually purchase things on my lust list but based on how long and how often I’ve looked at these shoes, it’s about time to take the plunge.  Now for the hard part…which pair to actually get with those hard-earned dollars.

Clearly I’ve been on an accessories kick lately, making it extremely difficult to  resist mentioning another line that’s been on my radar.

I’m all about versatility (hence the title of this post) and being able to wear a certain item in a number of ways.  Jewelry brand Louise Manna certainly appeals to that with a collection featuring body jewelry that is not only unique, but also versatile with each piece have numerous ways to be worn and styled into an ensemble.  As the video below (featuring three pieces from her line) shows, the options range from simple to a bit more visually complex.  It’s hard to resist the Suspender Drape.  Certainly my top pick from the line.

Featured in the video is Natalie (the designer of Louise Manna jewelry) and blogger/stylist Ashley of the blog Purse ‘n Boots.  If you don’t follow her blog, be prepared to envy her boho, 70s style as well as long for the amazing statement jewelry pieces she effortlessly incorporates into her outfits.

Why has it taken so long for me to understand the importance of having a good clutch?  Not only this, but good grief talk about a good alternative to killing ones back on the daily carrying around so many unnecessary things around.  Ladies of the world, you totally know exactly what I’m talking about.  Do you really need those extra 3 shades of lipstick on top of basically your whole collection of makeup? Or in my case, 2 extra notebooks in 2 different sizes both of which are hardly ever written in?

Well, downsizing is certainly the name of the game and currently, Rebecca Minkoff’s Cheetah Flat Clutch has caught my eye.  It’s the perfect transition piece from day to night.  I can alrdeay feel my shoulders and back breathing a sigh of relief. How great are the gold details as well?  This is yet another addition to the laundry list of things I adore but will probably never be able to own.  A girl can dream I suppose.

If you live in the NYC area and love fashion, shopping, and donating to a good cause, this is the event for you.  This Saturday and Sunday at the The Bowery Terrace in the Bowery Hotel, 60 designers have donated looks for a sample sale with all proceeds being donated to the Red Cross for Japan relief efforts.  Be sure to buy your ticket for admission at and even if you can’t attend, you can make a general donation at the website.

Want?  Yes
Need? No

I don’t care how tacky these appear or even the fact that they are reminiscent of something one would find in their grandparents home.  These need to be in my life stat.  Valentine’s Day gift to myself?  Sounds plausible.

More and more celebrities are being spotting wearing affordable fashion on the Red Carpet.  For this edition, first up is this Topshop Grey Skeleton Leaf Print Pleated Maxi Dress ($160) worn by Emma Roberts at the British Independent Film awards.

I’m wasn’t sold based on the original image of the dress off the website but seeing it on makes me think otherwise.  The dress looks amazing on Emma.  I wouldn’t have chosen the necklace but the nude clutch was the perfect accessory.

For the sparse few who follow me on TWITTER, I recently came across this picture of Lisa Ling wearing one of the dresses from the Tucker for Target collection.

Yes, I Heart Ronson and with good reason.  I’ve mentioned this adoration for her clothing in the past and just can’t deny my love for her relationship with JcPenney.  Charlotte Ronson‘s past collaborations with JcPenney resulted in stylish and affordable fashion and the latest collection (out February 2011) yet again showcases this.
